PKII Successfully Completes ISO Surveillance Audit

11 February 2025 – Philkoei International, Inc. (PKII) successfully underwent its yearly ISO surveillance audit, which is conducted by TÜV Rheinland Philippines, to verify its compliance with the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standards.
TÜV Rheinland Philippines, a subsidiary of the renowned TÜV Rheinland Group based in Cologne, Germany, has been an independent third-party test house in the Philippines since 1991, ensuring the credibility and precision of the audit process.
The surveillance audit began with an opening meeting, where auditors met with the company’s Management Team and internal auditors to discuss the audit scope and objectives. Over the course of the day, the Audit Team conducted comprehensive assessments across multiple departments, including interviews with key personnel from the company’s Top Management, International Consulting Group (ICG), Administrative Department (Admin), Human Resource Department (HRD), Information Technology Department (ITD), Engineering Department, Business Development Department (BDD), and the Design Center (DC) of the Domestic Consulting Group (DCG).
To facilitate the auditing process, several designated rooms were used, including the Training Room, Board Room, IT Room, and management offices, ensuring an efficient and organized workflow for both auditors and staff.
ISO surveillance audits, held annually, are essential for ensuring organizations maintain compliance with ISO standards, such as ISO 9001:2015, and uphold the quality of management systems and processes. These audits provide valuable insights into potential gaps in compliance, allowing for proactive improvements and the continuous enhancement of operational efficiency.
