PKII Celebrates Its 35th Anniversary

Philkoei International, Inc. (PKII), one of the leading engineering consulting firms in the Philippines, has reached another milestone in its rich history when it celebrated its 35th anniversary in October 2024.
The anniversary celebration kicked-off with the annual Philkoeilympics where employees from different departments showcased their skills and talents in various team and individual sports which includes basketball, volleyball, table tennis, billiards, chess, scrabble, and bowling tournaments. The HR Department in partnership with the company’s HMO provider, also conducted weekly seminars regarding health and wellness to help and guide employees in their everyday circumstances as they face different challenges and trials in both their personal and professional lives.
On October 28, 2024, PKII held its very first anniversary celebration in its new home at the 33rd Floor of Corporate Finance Plaza Condominium located at the heart of the Ortigas Business District in the city of Pasig in Metropolitan Manila. The event started with the celebration of the holy mass, which was presided by Fr. Iwao Ikegami of the Verbum Dei Missionary Fraternity, where during his homily emphasized the importance of persevering and being humble amidst all the success and triumphs achieved in the past three and a half decades of the firm. After the celebration of the holy mass, Mr. Peter S. Samoza, president of PKII, delivered his anniversary message expressing gratitude for the services and hard work of its workforce and looking forward to continued success in the years to come.
The following day, October 29, 2024, PKII held its Employees’ Day at the Masungi Georeserve in Baras, Rizal, Philippines. It was a day of exploration of the beauty of nature as employees enjoyed different activities including trekking and garden picnic. The day ended with a sumptuous lunch with games and prizes and inspiring messages from the Management Team.
