Management Leadership Training

A Coaching and Mentoring Workshop was facilitated by Mr. Joey Uybarreta at the First Pacific Leadership Academy in Antipolo on August 11, 2023. The course has been specifically designed to help the Management Team develop an understanding of coaching and mentoring and take full advantage of the benefits of using these skills in the workplace. With this course, the Management Team was able to recognize how to structure and carry out the skills needed to become an excellent coach and mentor. Furthermore, they learned how to use these skills to maximize results and the personal and professional development of employees and team members.
