PKII maintains ISO 9001:2015 Certification
Philkoei International, Inc. (PKII) once again demonstrated its strong campaign in achieving its Quality Policy Commitment which is “to provide comprehensive development solutions to our local and international clients that meet international standards, legal and regulatory requirements, and consulting industry’s best practices” by maintaining the existing ISO 9001:2015 Certification through passing the recent ISO regulated surveillance audit conducted by TÜV Rheinland Philippines, Inc. last 5 December 2019.
Based on TÜV Rheinland’s Audit Report, they concluded that there were zero non-conformities noted for the year. This shows that PKII continues to establish and maintains an effective system to ensure compliance with its policy and objectives. In addition to that, this highlighted that the audit team confirms in line with the audit targets.
The management believes that this achievement would not be possible if not for the major system contributors such as the process owners and users, who are directly involved in the process, on their extensive efforts in maintaining the company’s Quality Management System (QMS).
As PKII aims to consistently provide quality service that meets client and regulatory requirements, the management envisions to further facilitate more opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction, to address effectively and efficiently the associated risks within its context and objectives, and to continue professional development as part of the company’s campaign towards success in the years to come.
