Human Resource Activities (Recruitment and Training)
July 4, 2023
Richard Branson, a British business magnate, has quoted that a company’s greatest asset is its employees. We continued to expand and broaden through the prowess of our people by adhering to the best practices of the consulting industry and being globally competitive through continuous improvement and technology adoption.
From 2022 to the present, twenty-four (24) new employees have been added to our numbers. With their technical (engineering, CAD, BIM, architectural, and business development) and pillar (secretarial, administrative, human relations, and accounting) expertise, these new minds have propelled us to new heights.
The company also values the importance of strengthening the competencies of its workforce through various forms of training. This contributes to the personal and professional growth of staff, which in turn improves the quality of their work and the performance of the organization. Trainings were identified based on the findings of the training needs analysis and the endorsement of the management team in 2022.
1. The first training of the year, Geo5 Slope Stability Application Seminar, provided the 14 engineer participants with information about the Geo5 program and the fundamentals of soil stability, which can be expanded to retaining walls and other foundation designs.
